Green Is Good


Today’s

Breakfast:

Fresh parsley, spinach, cucumber, celery and apple. 1/2 tsp Gary Null’s ‘Green Stuff’ & a squeeze of a lemon.

 

Post Breakfast:

Goji berries and raw pumpkin seeds.

 

Lunch:

Laciato kale, organic & unsulfered Thomson raisins and raw almond slices.

 

Post Lunch:

Roasted brussel sprouts. 

 

I am feeling too good right now, however, I can’t help but feel a bit ashamed. I’m so fortunate to be able to enjoy these wonderful foods.

Why am I ashamed you ask? On Friday my cousin and I fed fifty homeless people at a neighboring city’s soup kitchen. The individuals that came in were so grateful  for the roasted chicken, warm mashed potatoes, and veggie stir fry that was given to them. It’s a heart-wrenching experience that you truly need to see with your own two eyes to fully understand.

We’re happy to help out this wonderful agency for the less fortunate.
