    1. Spring rolls have romaine lettuce, kelp noodles, thinly sliced carrots, and avocado in them. The wrap is a dehydrated coconut curry wrap. The mango dipping sauce is blended mango & Thai coconut .

      Onion bread recipe was from rawfoodrecipes.com

      Nachos were dehydrated flaxseed crackers, homemade salsa picante and guacamole

      Spirulina breakfast bowl had spirulina, homemade almond milk, vanilla SunWarrior, frozen banana blended together & rawnola (can be bought at WF) sprinkled on top
