‘Cheese’ Platter

Ingredients:

Dr. Cow Nut Cheese

Dehydrated Flax Crackers

Fresh Figs

Fresh Grapes

Hummus ‘Wrap’

Ingredients:

2 Curry Pure Wraps (made of dehydrated coconut)

Hummus (Raw Zucchini & Tahini Hummus or Regular Chickpea Hummus (Not Raw))

Guacamole

Salsa

‘Chocolate Chip Cookies’

Ingredients:

Coconut Flour

Almonds

Banana (not frozen)

Maca Powder

Stevia

Yacon Syrup

Coconut Oil

Cacao Nibs

Blended & then shaped.

*These ‘cookies’ were intended to be the crust for a raw pumpkin pie that didn’t work out as I anticipated. Sooo, I apologize for the vague recipe*

Salted Caramel & Apple Slices

Ingredients:
Date paste (dates & warm water mashed with a fork)
Lukuma Powder
Yacon Syrup
Stevia
Pink Himalayan Salt
I blended this all together by hand. (This was an experiment also so I’m unsure of the exact amounts)
