Homemade Ketchup, Burger, and Buns

What beats an entirely home cooked meal? Not takeout, that’s for sure. Conventional ketchup has all sorts of additives: cane sugar, high fructose corn syrup etc.

You can improvise by making your own ketchup from scratch: 1 sm. can of organic tomato paste (with no additives), 2 T apple cider vinegar, 1 1/2 T honey and 1 1/2 t garlic powder mixed thoroughly together.

Pair your ketchup with your preferred type of burger (turkey is pictured below), and one of Against All Grains’ grain-free hamburger buns (recipe for buns here).
