Grain-Free Blueberry Muffins

½ cup coconut flour
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
6 eggs
⅓ cups local honey
⅓ cup coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 350. Mix (first 3) dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add the remaining ingredients to a separate mixing bowl and combine well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and blend until smooth. Lastly, carefully fold in the blueberries. Pour batter into 10-12 muffin tins and bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool & serve.
