Zucchini “Spaghetti” Bolognese


4 zucchini (spiralized)
1 lb lean ground beef
1 yellow onion (chopped)
Olive Oil (I used one that was infused with Roasted Onion)
Rustic Tomato Basil Sauce
Fresh Parsley

Heat a sauce pan with 2 T olive oil over medium heat and brown the ground beef. Next, add in the onions and cook until translucent. Pour in the tomato sauce and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in fresh parsley at the 3 minute mark. Serve over zucchini noodles.
