Better Than Starbucks: Homemade Frothy Green Tea Latte (Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Refined-Sugar Free)

Ingredients:

1 tsp Matcha green tea powder
1/4 cup hot water
1 cup Coconut Milk (without any additives)
2 TBS Honey
2 Cups Ice

Directions:

Heat the water on the stove top or in a microwave. Pour on top of the green tea powder and let sit until completely dissolved. Stir.

Pour the dissolved mixture into a small blender or food processor. Add the honey and coconut milk. Slowly add in the ice cubes and pulse between additions.
