Meyer Lemon Gelatin


Aside from juicing and obtaining the zest from your lemons this is a tremendously easy and quick recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Water
  • 3 TBS Gelatin
  • Juice of Meyer Lemons (2)
  • 2 TBS Honey
  • 1 tsp Lemon Zest

Directions:

Heat the water over medium heat and dissolve the gelatin. Remove from THE heat and stir in honey and lemon juice. Pour into ramekins, molds, cups, etc. and chill for 1 hour. Remove from the fridge, sprinkle zest on top and enjoy.
