Clean Finger/Tea Sandwiches


The flatbread is vegan and gluten-free. It requires only two very simple ingredients: quinoa (red quinoa in this case) and water.

Options for the fillings:
-Tuna/Chicken salad {canned tuna [or shredded chicken] mashed with 1 tbs homemade mayo/avocado and 1 celery stalk, chopped} and lettuce
-Hummus and cucumber (entirely vegan option)
