I followed this recipe, subbing black truffle salt in place of regular salt. Needless to say, our fries were extra truffle-y.
We purchased the Black Truffle Salt from the St. Lawrence Market in Toronto and the Black Truffle Oil is from Bella Gusta (you can order online).
