Spaghetti Squash with Kale Chiffonade & Mild Sausage

Ingredients:
-1 large spaghetti squash (or 3 small ones), roasted
-1 cup kale chiffonade
-2-3 pieces of cooked sausage

Scrap the spaghetti squash out of its skin. Combine ingredients in a bowl and toss with salt and pepper.
