Coconut oil is extremely versatile. I put it on my hair and skin, infrequently, but I have. I’ve used it as makeup remover. I use it all of the time to cook.
-1 cup mustard greens
-1 TBS coconut oil
-1 cage-free egg
-sea salt & pepper to taste
Heat frying pan on medium heat. Add coconut oil and mustard greens to the pan. Cook greens until wilted. Remove the greens from the pan, place on a plate and set aside. Add a tsp more of coconut oil if needed. Then, crack the egg over the pan and cook for approximately two minutes. Remove egg from pan and place on top of sautéed mustard greens. Season with salt and pepper.
