“PB & J” Oatmeal


blueberry oatsIngredients:

-1/3 cup purely elizabeth “ancient grains hot cereal”

– 11/4 cup unsweetened almond or other non-dairy milk

– 1/4 cup fresh/frozen blueberries

– 1 scoop Viva Vanilla Vega protein powder

– 1 TBS Sunbutter

Bring almond milk to a boil, then add in oats and reduced to medium-low heat. Cook oats for 10 minutes. Add in blueberries and cook oats for an additional 5 minutes. Once the berries burst, remove the oatmeal from heat. Stir in the Vega protein powder and drizzle with Sunbutter.
