Pomegranate Acai Bowl

Ingredients:

– 3/4 cup almond milk

– 1 Sambazon Acai packet

– 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

– 1 frozen banana

– 1 scoop “Viva Vanilla” Vega protein powder

– 1 TBS maca powder

– 1 tsp spirulina powder

Toppings: additional pomegranate seeds, goji berries, chia seeds, bee pollen, and Enjoy Life Crunchy Flax Original Cereal.

In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth. Then, add toppings.

  1. Yum! I just woke up (it’s a crazy 6am here in Aus, the sun hasn’t come out of bed yet) and have been whippinh together ingredients for an acai bowl myself. I wish I had pomegranate!
