There is a colossal pile of snow in my backyard and I have not seen green grass in months. The lone cypress standing at the edge of our yard is the last testament of my sanity (which is somewhat ironic as the branches from the tree are symbolic of mourning).
– 1/3 cup cashew milk (or other non-dairy milk)
– 1 frozen banana
– 1/2 cup strawberries
– 1 TBS maca
– 2 TBS chia seeds
– 1 Sambazon Acai packet
– 1 scoop Vega Vanilla protein powder (optional)*
Toppings: Bee pollen, blueberries, and Purely Elizabeth “Cranberry Pecan” granola
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Top with desired toppings.
