-1 package Udi’s gluten-free rye bread
-Swiss cheese (optional)
-1 package turkey breast (1.2-1.5 lbs)
-1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (or vinaigrette)
-1 TBS rosemary
– salt & pepper
Line a baking tray with tinfoil. Lay turkey breasts down on the tinfoil. Combine balsamic, rosemary, and salt and pepper. Drizzle balsamic mixture over turkey. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes on each side.
