Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

Ingredients:

-30 oz cooked white beans or 2 cans of white beans (such as Soldier, Cranberry, or Great Northern), rinsed and drained

-1 jar of sun-dried tomatoes, drained

-fresh lemon juice

-pinch of salt UNLESS YOUR CAN OF BEANS ALREADY CONTAINS SALT*

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve with gluten free pretzel sticks or crackers.
