Pan-Seared Sea Scallops over Kelp Noodles and Broccolini


I haven’t used kelp noodles in quite sometime. I forgot how much I like them.

Search “kelp noodles” on my blog for more recipes with this sea delicacy.

Ingredients:

-1 package of kelp noodles, rinsed as per the preparation instructions

-2 cups baby broccoli, pan-fried in coconut oil or duck fat

-1 TBS fish sauce

-1 garlic clove

-1 tsp ginger

-1 TBS balsamic vinegar

-1 TBS coconut oil

-20 scallops, pan-fried in coconut oil or duck fat

Combine all ingredients. Serve immediately, or serve cold the next day.
